---|---|
RAM | At least 8 GB. |

Operating System | At least OS X 10.9.5 Administrator account required for installation and configuration. |
Supported Video Devices | AJA and Blackmagic video device are supported. Please refer to the chapter "Supported Video Devices" for further information. |
Optional | Sonnet (3rd gen) xMacTM mini Server, Sonnet RackMacTM Pro hardware and Netstor's NA381B. |
1 Testing only. When using a Mac with a switchable graphics card make sure to change the graphics card setting in the "Energy Saver" preference pane to "Higher Performance".
2 Please consult the graphics card vendor or Apple for more information regarding the compatibility of your card.
- Although it is possible to operate some Macs without a display attached to the graphics card, we strongly recommend to attach a display or an EDID/DDC emulator like this one: → Lindy EDID/DDC Emulator
- In case you would like to stream the final output including the live incoming signal to your CDN, the built-in streaming engine cannot be used. We recommend to connect a Teradek 'VidiU' streaming device directly to the HDMI output of the AJA device used by just:out as the output device.
