6.17 Using GPI/Router Control Events (v2.0)

Using GPI and router control works the same way as using other elements.


Defining an Event item

Click on the Event tab of your Library. Your system administrator should already have prepared events for you. If this is not the case (i.e. the "Event" list is empty), please contact your system administrator or see the previous chapter 6.16 Building GPI/Router Control Events (v2.0).

Playing an Event item

To play an Event item:

  1. drop one or several events into the workbench (or a Folder in the Workbench)
  2. select the event in the workbench and load it into the timeline. The event can be triggered as usual
  3. press the play button in the workbench or the timeline to execute the event immediately.

Depending on the functionality defined for the selected Event item, playing and Event item can execute one or several events at the same time. Please contact your system administrator for more informations.
