7.6 Extra Components

CI-Dummy

This component may be used in case you are using a → custom control interface to control your composition in just:live or just:play.  It places a special component into the workbench which creates an 'input port' in the underlying composition file which is not editable in the inspector of just:live. Instead, an additional button is available in the Inspector with which you can open up the custom control interface (in case you closed it before). Otherwise the interface shows up when starting the respective graphic. The dummy will not be visible later, its sole purpose is to show the "Open" button in just:live.
