Known Issues (live:cut v3.0)
- In case you did not install the Blackmagic ATEM software before selecting BMD ATEM in the Device tab of the live:cut Project Settings, an error message will appear over and over again. To resolve this issue go to the folder "/Users/<username>/Documents/LiveCut Documents/Project Templates" and delete the affected Project Template. After that restart the just:in/live:cut User Interface.
- When using Service USB as I/O Device in the live:cut Project Settings settings you must click the Apply button and restart just:in, otherwise the setting will not take effect.
- Do not disconnect the ToolsOnAir GPI Box while using live:cut, otherwise live:cut will unexpectedly quit.
- When importing XML into Apple Final Cut Pro 7 it states "uncritical errors while importing the XML". This message has no further effects and can be disregarded.
- live:cut needs access to the media files upon export. Therefore you must ensure that live:cut has access to the storage volume and the necessary rights to properly read the files.
- When planning recording sessions make sure they do not exceed midnight, due to a time mismatch.
- Importing Apple Final Cut Pro X XML into Adobe Premiere Pro is problematic when using Stereo Audio Alignment.
- When using the Auto Export function Adobe Premiere Pro needs to be running in the background.
- Proxy XML path is not working properly.
- Adobe Premiere Pro can only be used with Capture Presets which use Mono Audio Alignment. Stereo Audio Alignment will lead to corrupted Multicam-Sequences.
