Verify your System

Ignore these points if the Just Out and Just Connect applications are running on a different machine – or in case you are working on a rundown using an Offline Channel. Contact your system administrator if necessary.

Make sure that the Channel is ready by verifying the following points.

  • The Just Out engine application is running.

  • The Just Connect application is running and there is a GREEN () indicator next to the Channel you want to use.

Connect

  • The Just Control application is running on your machine.

  • You know the Channel you would like to connect to and the corresponding Username/Password combination to connect to that Channel.
