IP-Address Change

Changing an IP-Address can cause disconnection of other clients. Only change an IP-Address when no other critical operation is in service. If this cannot be avoided, please contact our support.

UPC False Alarm

Sometimes UPC can cause false alarms at the monitoring system. If that happens, please contact our support.

Number of RAID Controllers

It can happen that the User Interface shows an error like "Error while passing data". It is a false alarm.
