[JIM] TCP (Blackmagic Design Videohub and HyperDeck, RossTalk) v.5.5

The TCP Event Device can be a useful companion for any recording workflow. One can equally control a Blackmagic Design Videohub or use a Blackmagic Design HyperDeck acting as a backup recorder unit, to a recording initiated with just:in mac and inheriting parameters such as the same file name. Additionally, this Event Device can be used to establish a connection to external devices, that support RossTalk.
