2. System Requirements (Composition Builder v.5.0)

  • Apple silicon or Intel-based Mac. Apple silicon preferred.

  • macOS Catalina (10.15.7), macOS Big Sur (11.7.x), macOS Monterey (12.7.x) and macOS Ventura (13.6.x), macOS Sonoma (14.x).

  • Dedicated AMD or NVIDIA GPU or integrated Apple Silicon/Intel graphics card.

  • A screen resolution of at least 1920×1080 pixels.

Make sure to test the final composition on a system which is equal to the system which is used to run the Just Out engine application. Depending on the CPU, GPU, and storage system used for Playout, you will be able to play more or less complex compositions. It is therefore highly recommended to check the realtime composition(s)created with Composition Builder against the OnAir machine to prevent possible issues while broadcasting.
