Verify your System
Ignore these points if the Just Out and Just Connect applications are running on a different machine – or in case you are working on a rundown using an Offline Channel. Contact your system administrator if necessary.
Make sure that the Channel is ready by verifying the following points.
The Just Out engine application is running.
The Just Connect application is running and there is a GREEN (🟢 ) indicator next to the Channel you want to use.
Connect
The Just Control application is running on your machine.
You know the Channel you would like to connect to and the corresponding Username/Password combination to connect to that Channel.
