Get the Machine ID for just:live Activation v.5.x
A unique Machine ID is required to issue temporary or permanent activation keys to run any ToolsOnAir application.
Please note that the trial version of our playout solutions is fully feature enabled with the only restriction of a ToolsOnAir watermark applied on the Virtual, SDI or NDI® program output.
When asked for the Machine ID to complete the permanent licence activation, please follow these steps to gather it. First, ensure that the Getting Started steps have been successfully completed and that the intended setup is working. Then open the Just Control Configuration panel.
Select the playout device on the left side and stop all channels related to this device (uncheck it). Switch to the “Activation” tab, to view the current licence activation status.
Look for the Machine ID next to the label “Request activation for Machine ID” (16 digits code format). Copy the Machine ID and send it to your ToolsOnAir reseller or to ToolsOnAir directly to receive your temporary (time-limited activation without watermark) or permanent (upon purchase) Activation Code. Once activated, all related options will switch to a Green indicator displaying the licensing information.
