If you have an existing NDI-based setup and need to add SDI-based channels/inputs, please follow these steps:

  1. Backup Current Configuration: Before making any changes, back up your current configuration. Quit the Just In Mac Lite application and navigate to/Library/Application Support/ToolsOnAir/Just In and copy either the config.json file (which contains the complete configuration of your NDI channels) or the entire “Just In” folder. After creating the backup, delete the “Just In” folder.

  2. Install Video Hardware Driver: Make sure the required video hardware driver (AJA or Blackmagic Design) is installed on the system running the Just In Mac Lite application.

  3. Restart Application: Restart the Just In Mac Lite application. You will be guided by the Setup Wizard once you select SDI as the input option.

  4. Channel/Setup Wizard: Follow the Setup Wizard instructions to add SDI channels.

Please be aware that you can add NDI channels again if needed later on.
