Make sure that the channel Channel is ready by verifying the following points.

  • The Just Out engine application is running.

  • The Just Connect application is running and there is a green light besides a 🟢 GREEN indicator next to the channel you want to use.

Connect

  • The Just Control application is readyrunning on your machine.

  • You know the channel Channel you would like to connect to and the corresponding userUsername/password Password combination to connect to that channel Channel.
