Make sure all TOA applications you would like to add a the log files to the TOA System Profile are started , before saving the System Profile. This is because we can only save log files of applications which are started at the time the System Profile is generated. |
Select the Device you would like to save a Tools On Air System Profile from.
Click the System tab.
Click the button right besides “Save”.
Select “Save All Logs (System Profile”).
A window opens which allows to define defining a Name and Destination.
Define to save between 1 week and 6 months of log files and if excluded logs should be deleted or not.
Add the Apple System Profile ONLY in case Tools On Air has been asking you to do so before. Click Save.
Add the saved System profile to a ticket.
