Make sure that the channel is ready by checking the following points (contact your system administrator if you are unsure). If just:out and just:connect are running on another machine, you can ignore these points:
- just:out is running
- just:connect is running and there is a green light besides the channel you want to use.
just:live is ready on your machine and you know the channel you want to connect to (plus the corresponding user/password combination to connect to that channel).
