ToolsOnAir provides regular updates and upgrades to introduce new features and improvements and to fix identified software issues. Customers with an active Support and Software Maintenance contract are entitled to these updates at no additional cost, and a qualified ToolsOnAir VAR or ToolsOnAir support engineer can apply the update on the just:in linux server upon request.

Generally, such an update takes only a few minutes and both the server appliance and the macOS client (Just Control application) will be updated.
