6.6 Splitting a Video Clip (v2.5)

Sometimes it can be useful to split a Video clip, for example to add commercial breaks to a feature film.

1. To split a Video, select it in the Workbench to show it in the Preview view.
2. Move the CTI to the position you want to split the clip using the mouse, keyboard and/or an optional external control device.
   
   
3. Press the Split Clip button at the bottom of the Inspector to split the Video at the selected position.
