just:in mac pro 2026 is a macOS-based client-server multichannel capture solution, with automatic signal format detection, that offers Crash, Gang, Batch, and Schedule Recording from SDI, HDMI, NDI®, SRT, UDP, ST-2110, VTR, and multi-camera sources. It unites Single- and Multichannel Capture over SDI, HDMI, and IP (NDI®, SRT, UDP, ST-2110) into MOV, MXF, and MP4 containers within one flexible and expandable macOS solution. The just:in mac pro 2026 solution consists of two applications, consists of two applications, which can be deployed either on a single system or distributed across multiple macOS machines. • Just Control.app

Both applications are installed and located in the “Applications” folder of the respective macOS system. Once started, it operates as a background service, with all configuration and control managed via the Just Control application. The Just In Engine application can be deployed either on the same system as Just Control or on a dedicated macOS machine, enabling flexible and scalable deployment scenarios.

The Just Control application is a versatile single- and multi-channel control interface for both our capture and playout solutions. Featuring integrated video, audio and captions previews, as well as a feature-aware inspector, it enables operators to manage all available capture and playout channels from a single, unified user interface.

The Just Control Configuration panel provides an overview of all connected Just In Engine instances and available Channels (inputs). Within this panel, operators can configure both engine and channel settings, as well as create and manage a wide range of presets, including Capture, Destination, Naming, Metadata, and Events.
