Lite Editions Support Services: the one-time Installation and Configuration Support (“Ready-to-Run”) is a key feature of the Just Play Lite NDI license and is provided free of charge to customers who purchase a Just Play Lite NDI license. The handling of any other technical support request outside the one-time “Ready-to-Run” service and related response times through our support ticket system may extend up to five (5) business days.
