Broken, Corrupted or Unsupported Video Files

It is important to verify that all video files intended for playout are of a supported format and are available on the corresponding storage (internal, attached, or networked). Attempting to play broken, corrupted, or unsupported video clips may negatively impact the final output and affect the performance of the built-in Just Live Lite NDI engine.

Changing the Rundown in the Timeline while a Video is paused

Although it is technically possible to modify the rundown while a video is paused, we strongly recommend making changes only while a video is playing or when no video is on air. Editing the rundown during a pause may corrupt the playlist, potentially preventing playout from resuming until the channel has been restarted.
