[JIM] Split Recording v.2025.1

Hold the “Control & Option” key while Recording and press the “Record” button to split the Recording.

Please note that this feature is only available in Crash Mode given the logic of the operation.

Please note that the split process will be handled frame accurately to prevent any frame loss during Split Recording operations.
