14.3 TOA Preference Pane: System Profile (v2.0)
TOA System ProfileThe System Profile tab in the TOA preference pane is able to gather and save information related to TOA's software that may be important when diagnosing and fixing issues with the software and/or the system it is running on. We recommend to attach a newly saved TOA System Profile every time a new support related ticket has been made. This will allow the support team to get a good overview over the system without the need for the user to give any additional informations. We recommend to exclude those log files which are outside of the timeframe the issue happened and to delete those files to clean up the system. Apple System Profile Never include the Apple System Profile to the System Profile if you generate the profile on an active playout channel running just:out. Include the Apple System Profile only on machines which are currently not on air. Click Save System Profile an choose the destination you would like to save the system profile to. |
