About just:store (just:store v2.0)
just:store is a linux-based storage system built by ToolsOnAir to accommodate their broadcast suite of tools and applications. It has been built for maximum performance and is optimized to work in a media environment. Originally called "flow:rage", just:store was developed by ToolsOnAir for video-based workflows were maximum performance and reliability are required. By using specialized caching techniques and IO-schedulers this storage solution is able to deliver the throughput required by post production and broadcasters today.

- Each model allows for customized connectivity and is built based on customer requirements.
- just:store comes with two standard onboard management interfaces which can be utilized for client connectivity once you have configured them.
- Currently the system can be customized with up to 2x 4-port 1 GbE, 2x 2-port 10 GbE or 1x 40 GbE ethernet cards (including SFP+).
- In addition to these cards just:store is able to host third party cards such as a fiber or SAS HBA cards for connectivity to tape libraries.
just:store supports third party cards for tape library connectivity only. These expansion cards are not for client machine connectivity.
