Naming Conventions Presets

In version 1.8 the naming convention settings have been moved to the Just In Multi GUI for consistency reasons. Under the Names tab you can define the desired naming conventions for your clips. You can add your own variables by entering the “%” prefix followed by the desired naming expression as well as static text expressions (without the “%” prefix). The clips will be named accordingly. The customized “%” variables will be displayed as additional fields in the Just In Multi GUI in the Clip section. 

  • You can create as many naming presets as you wish.

  • The naming convention preset database is stored locally in the file: /Library/Application Support/ToolsOnAir/Just In/nameconventions.db
