17.2 Export And Import Of Full Day Rundowns

Once a user has scheduled a rundown for a certain day, this day can be saved using just:connect. After a rundown has been saved, it can be reused in the user interface, or in just:connect, where it is possible to save the same day to several days.
To save a full day, select the channel you would like to save a certain day and click on "Export rundown". This opens a calendar where you can choose the day you would like to export. Select a day and click on "Export". Choose the destination and the name the whole day rundown should be saved.

 

  • Save the day to the repository of a just:play UI, so that the user can use it, and/or save it to the machine running just:connect to reuse it in just:connect.
  • To reuse a saved day in just:connect, select the channel first and click on "Import rundown". Select a previous saved file and click "Import".

The calendar appears again. Here you can select a single day or – using the shift modifier key – a day range which will import the selected day to all calendar selected days.

A daily playlist contains the whole content of all playlists where the start time is at the selected day. A playlist of four hours which starts a few minutes before midnight will be saved completely, a playlist which plays a few hours at the selected day, but where the start time is at the previous day will not be saved.
