[JIL] TCP (Blackmagic Design Videohub and HyperDeck, RossTalk) v.5.5

The TCP Event Device can be a useful companion for a recording workflow. It is possible to control a Blackmagic Design Videohub or to use a Blackmagic Design HyperDeck as backup recorder unit, as recording can be started with every just:in linux channel recording start and it is even possible to set the same file name as the just:in recording. Furthermore this Event Device can be used to establish a connection to external devices, that support RossTalk.
