Verify your System
Ignore these points if Just Out and Just Connect are running on another machine – or in case you are working on a rundown using an offline channel. Contact your system administrator if necessary.
Make sure that the channel is ready by verifying the following points.
Just Out is running.
Just Connect is running and there is a green light besides the channel you want to use.
Connect
Just Control is ready on your machine.
You know the channel you would like to connect to and the corresponding user/password combination to connect to that channel.
