New

 + N

Creates a new composition. You can select from a list of common broadcast resolutions, like SD, HD-ready, Full-HD, and UHD. The resolution of a composition cannot be changed later.

Upgrade Components

This performs additional optimisation on the underlying compositions saved by Composition Builder and played in just:play or just:live

Make Paths Relative

This command will automatically find and replace absolute paths with relative paths, assuming the file and the composition are both located on the same volume.

Embed Resources

This command will automatically locate any XML, movie and image files referenced within the composition, copy them into the composition file and make the file paths relative to the composition file. This can obviously lead to much larger composition files, but makes copying much easier as only the composition file needs to be copied and not the associated resources.

Export as EAS Template

This saves the template so it can be used as part of the “EAS” option.
