Verify following points:
Just Out is running.
Just Connect is running and there is a green light besides the channel you want to use.
The figure above displays info for a just:play Channel, but the verification procedure is the same. |
Just Control is installed and configured on the appropriate client machine.
You know the name of the Channel you would like to connect to.
You have the required username and password combination to connect to that Channel.
