The View menu allows you to turn the visibility of the timecode window on/off and when it is on, it also allows you to define if it should be integrated into the On Air window or if it should be shown in its own window.

Preview window

The timecode window can be overlayed into the On Air window. Doing so, the timecode is only visible in the user interface but not on the final output signal.

Timecode window

The timecode window can also be undocked and therefore visible in a separate window. This window can be resized and even moved onto another screen.

Showing the timecode window allows you to click on the timecode to toggle between three modes:

  • Mode 1: Time of day
  • Mode 2: Elapsed time of the element playing in the "Video 1" track
  • Mode 3: Remaining time of the element playing in the "Video 1" track
