Each storage vendor provides different ways of mounting the storage on a Linux system. Normally the “fstab” fstabfile will be used for automatically mount the share points at every startup. It is possible that driver or services have to be installed before the external storage can be connected. This gets handled differently by every storage vendor, but the ToolsOnAir team can assist and help in such cases.
