Connecting to a just:play Channel
To use just:play you need to connect to a Channel a Channel using the Just Control application.
Go to your Applications folder and open the folder Just Playout folder.
Open the Just Control application. The Login window shows up.
Enter the username Username and password Password. Consult your system administrator if you don’t know these credentials.
Optional: select Select a Multi - viewer layout. It may be the case that this menu only allows you to select the Default “Default” layout.
Click the Loginon the “Login” button to start enter Just Control. The Multi - viewerwindow is shown with all channels Channels available for the selected user.
Click on the “Open Interface” button in the middle of the screen (marked in red in this figureRED 🔴 ) of the channel Channel you would like to work withoperate.
The corresponding channel Channel will be opened and the just:play interface shows will show up. As you can see, a tab A tabbed bar is now showndisplayed, allowing you to switch back to the Multi - viewerwindow, or closing close the previously opened just:play user interface. Note Please note that when closing the user interface, the playout Playout will continue to run, unless the Just Out and/or Just Connect applications are terminated quit as well.
