Overview

With “Groups” you can organise your Channel Viewer Area in a very easy straightforward and intuitive way. This feature is especially useful when you are working with more Devices and Channels. You can create as many Groups” Groups as you want, and you can set a Group Name”Name and a keyboard shortcut for each Group” Group. The Groups” Group selection can be done via a keyboard shortcut then or the selection box at the bottom of the Inspector (within any Inspector Tab panel).

Create a Group

Switch to the “Group” Groups” Inspector to start working with Channel Groups. If there are no Groups available, you will see an empty Inspector.

To create a Channel Group, simply select one or more Channels and drag & drop the Channel(s) into the empty Inspector (“GroupGroupsTabtab) area.

A Group” Group will be generated automatically, and then you can set a Group” Group Name and a keyboard shortcut. As soon as you define these two settings, you can you select the new Group” Group either in the selection box at the bottom of the Inspector or via the keyboard shortcut.

Please note that you can use the keyboard shortcut at any time to select that a specific Group2 Group.

As soon as Once there is one Group” Group created, you can also use the "Add Group" button to create new Groups” Groups. New Channels can be added to an existing Group” Group via drag & drop as well.

Remove a Channel from a Group

To remove a Channel, either select one or more Channels within a Group” Group and hit the “Backspace-KeyBackspace” key or select a a Channel within the Group” Group Table and swipe to the right , if you are using a Trackpad or Magic Mouse.

Change Group Settings

The “Group” Name Group Name” can be adjusted by double-clicking into on the “Group” Name Group Name” field. The same works with the keyboard shortcut settingset.

Delete a Group

To delete a Group” Group, select the Group” Group within the Group” Group List and hit the “Backspace-KeyBackspace” key or swipe to the right, if you are using a Trackpad or Magic Mouse.

Move a Channel from Group A to Group B

If you want to move a Channel from one Group to” to another Group” Group, you have to delete the Channel from the first Group” Group and then add the Channel to the new Group” Group.
