Just In 3.5.0.B1.827 Release Notes
- This is a 3.5.0 Beta pre-release.
- This version requires a new 3.5 license code, invalidating any older 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 license codes. If you already have a valid license code for an older version, please contact ToolsOnAir for a new code before installing this build.
- Most controls in the Inspector are now correctly "locked" again while recording.
- When splitting, joining, connecting or disconnecting channels, the current layout is saved automatically. This prevents loss of the current layout and settings should just:in multi quit unexpectedly.
- The channel previews no longer freeze when unlocking the just:in linux configuration panel.
- All "action buttons" (e.g. split record) now have the correct sizes regardless of the size of the channel preview.
- The channel status "NO CONNECTION" now takes precedence over "NO SIGNAL", meaning that disconnecting a channel that currently has no signal will display the correct status.
- In just:in mac's preferences, it is no longer possible to disable the "fallback frames" preference. Additionally, the value must be between 50 and 200 frames.
- Fixed an issue that caused MXF recording to stop unexpectedly on certain storage systems.
- It is now possible to custom H.264 presets for just:in linux with 4:3 aspect ratio and 4, 8 and 16 audio channels when recording to MOV.
- Resolved crashes in just:in multi related to channels with lost signals.
- Resolved an issue in just:in multi that could cause channel previews to stutter or freeze when other channels lost their signals.

- Fixed a bug where activating the "burnt-in timecode" option for an existing capture preset in the just:in linux configuration panel resulted in the preset being incorrectly saved (changed TV norm, resolution, audio alignment).

- When creating a new live:cut project with a blank (no) template and selecting an ATEM switcher as the input, the device is now properly connected after entering a valid IP address without requiring a restart of just:in multi.
- When in a live:cut session, the active channel now has the selected border (and the recording border when recording).
- When selecting an "ignored" source (e.g. from an ATEM switcher or ServiceUSB device), the input is now correctly ignored.
- Fixed a bug where the "required source on start-up" for an ATEM switcher was selected even if the switcher already had a valid input selected.
