Switch Activation between Channels
If you are working with frequently changing setups, like for instance using four licensed SDI channels (e.g. with an AJA KONA 4), and you need to change that configuration to use three of these SDI channels with one (1) additional NDI®5 channel, then please confirm that you only enable the number of licensed channels in use (in our case 4 channels) and not all of them, as you might exceed the number of totally licensed channels on that particular machine.

Transfer licence
If you want to transfer a licence from one to another machine, please contact us via our Support Helpdesk and we will guide you through that process. A licence transfer from one machine to another can be easily done if an active Support and Software Maintenance contract is in place.
