When launching the just:in user interface control for the first time you will be asked to select a Grid Layout. You may change this layout multi viewer layout after configuring a Device with the Setup Wizard. You can save and adjust this layout (Template) later at any time. It is also possible to split a Channel Viewer to more than four new areas.
Selecting a Grid Layout
Open the just:in user interface and chose a Grid LayoutFurthermore you can reset the given layout to start from scratch and it is possible to split and join Channel Viewers depending on the given Screen Resolution.

Select a multi viewer layout
Once you are done with the Device Wizard, you will be asked to select a multi viewer layout for your just:control Template. Use the mouse to select the appropriate number of Channel Viewers and then single click into the bottom right Channel Viewer when you're done. Here are some examples:

Note that you have to finish that step by clicking on the a single Channel Viewer area, as marked with the orange arrow in the above screenshots.
Basic 2x2 multi viewer layout
In this example we use a 2x2 multi viewer layout. If the connection to your engine Device has already been established, you may now can connect Channels from the Connections tab (Inspector).
Splitting and Joining
Each Channel Viewer can be further splitted or joined.

Open the Inspector by clicking on the highlighted blue icon on the right side of the User Interface and switch to the Connections Tab. Then you can add available Channels to the Channel Viewer Area. In order to do that, just drag and drop a Channel to a free Channel Viewer.

Split and Join a Channel Viewer
You can split each Channel Viewer into four or more Channel Viewers to be able to add more Channels to the multi viewer area. You can either use the “Split To 4 (2x2)” or the “Split To Any” option within the View Menu of just:control.

Select a Channel Viewer and select Split To 4 (2x2) within the View Menu or use the keyboard shortcut command + shift + s to split the selected Channel Viewer to four new Channel Viewers.

Channel Viewer - Split To Any
Select a Channel Viewer and select Split To Any within the View Menu or use the keyboard shortcut command + option + shift + s to select a new Channel Layout for the currently split the selected Channel Viewer to multiple new Channel Viewers.
